Roo Class

Ages 20 months to 2.5 years 

The Roo Class focuses on forming attachments between the teacher and child. Trusting relationships between the teacher and the child are critical for social and emotional growth and over all development for each child. For many children, the Roo class is their first preschool setting and experience.

There is a strong emphasis on routine, consistency, repetition, a balance of nurturing and healthy boundaries, gross motor development, sensory-tactile exploration, and language development.

The curriculum centers on letting children explore their developmentally appropriate environment through music, art and play.
